Make a return

To make a return you just have to send us an email to web@capdell.com indicating the following information:

  • Name and Surname.
  • Order number.
  • Reason for return.

In the course of 24-72h the returns team will contact you to manage the collection. The item must arrive at the warehouse in perfect condition with the same packaging and in the same conditions. within the established return period which is 14 days from receipt of the item for standard items. Returns of * personalized items will not be accepted.

* Personalized article; any item configured with fabrics / leathers, wood finishes or metal colors from our configurator.

Return cost

The price of the return will be based on the item purchased and the customer’s location (they will be discounted from the amount to be paid).

Return period

The deadline to return standard items is 14 days from receipt of the order.

Returns of * personalized items will not be accepted.

Refund of the return

The refund is made once the items arrive at our warehouse and after verifying that the returned product is the same as the one you bought and is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

We are not responsible for packages sent with another transport company, for products that do not belong to Capdell or for the shipment of items that have not been previously communicated using the returns form.

The refund will always be made with the same payment method with which you made the purchase. The refund is managed from the moment the return is approved by our returns team and will be effective within 4 to 6 days. This period may vary depending on the payment method used or depending on the particular conditions of your bank.

Defective or wrong items

If you have received a defective or wrong item, contact our Customer Service Team through the email web@capdell.com indicating;

  • Name and surname.
  • Order number.
  • Reason; Defective or wrong item.

 In order to offer you the best solution, we need a photo of the delivered item, in which the defect can be seen. For wrong items, please also send us a photo of the item’s label. Whenever possible we will try to offer you a replacement of the item.

Warranty

The models manufactured by Capdell have a guarantee of FIVE years from the date of invoice, provided that the customer makes proper use of the product. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, not including damage caused by improper use, negligence, breakages due to transport or the aging and wear of the materials.

The guarantee does not include items that are the property of the customer, such as leathers, fabrics or other materials.

This guarantee is included in the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10.
