Purchase Conditions and Return Policy


  • Orders will only be accepted with shipping destinations on the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands. We do not currently provide service to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  • Delivery time is 4 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation email with the anticipated delivery time.


Payment can be made upon completing the purchase with the available method that you choose. You will have the option to pay through PayPal, using any credit card or through payment instalments through Sequra. We work with the most secure protection systems and SSL certification of the domain.

The user accepts their liability for the correct use of the website. This liability extends to making correct use of the website for legally valid purchases and queries. The user also commits to facilitate accurate and licit contact details and not to make any false purchases. The user declares to be over the legal age and to have legal capacity to enter into contracts through this website.


These conditions and all documents that are expressly referred to herein conform the entire agreement existing between the user Sillerias Alacuas S.A., with regards to the purpose of purchase and replace any other pact or agreement established verbally or in writing between the parties.

The personal data and/or information that the user supplies to Sillerias Alacuas S.A. will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and with the privacy policy included on the website. Consult the privacy policy in order to learn the use given to the personal data.

The contracts for purchase of the products will be subject to Spanish legislation. Any issue related to the same will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of VALENCIA.

The user avails of official complaint sheets that can be requested from Furthermore, if the celebration of this purchase contract between Sillerias Alacuas S.A. and the user leads to any controversy, the user as a consumer can request an extrajudicial agreement in accordance with the EU REGULATION 524/2013 of the European Parliament on disputes related to consumption. In the order confirmation, you will see an estimated shipping date which is when your new acquisition will arrive at your home.


The shipping costs are included in the price of the product for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula. We currently are not shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

We are working on this. When this service is available, we will announce it.

The deliveries are made to the entrance of the building.


Regarding assembly, in the case that assembly is required, the product will include the instructions necessary for the same. The products have been designed for easy assembly, so that you can assemble them yourself without the need for professional help.


Grouped Delivery.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery dates, your order will be grouped together so that it is all delivered on the same day.



1. To make a return, simply send us an email to with the following data:

  • Full Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

 2. In the period of 24-72h, the returns team will contact you to manage the collection.

3. The item must reach the warehouse in perfect conditions with the same packaging and in the same conditions within the established returns period which is 14 days from receipt of the item for standard items.

*Personalised items cannot be returned.

*Personalised item: any item created with fabrics/leathers, wooden finishes or metal colours from our designer.


The cost of the return will depend on the item purchased and the location of the customer (it will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded).


The standard time period for returning items is 14 days from receipt of the order.

Returns of the *personalised items will not be accepted.

The refund will be made once the items reach our warehouse and after we have verified that the product returned is the same one that was purchased and is in the same conditions as when it was delivered.

We do not accept liability for packages sent with a different transport company, products that do not belong to Capdell or for the sending of items that have not previously been notified through the returns form.

The refund will always take place with the same payment method as was used for the purchase. The refund is processed at the time that the return is approved by our returns team and will be effective in a period of 4 to 6 days. This term may vary depending on the payment method used or depending on the specific conditions of your bank.


If you have received a defective or erroneous item, contact our Customer Service team through the email address stating:

  • Reason: Defective or erroneous item

In order to offer you the best solution, we need a photograph of the item delivered that shows the defect. For erroneous items, send us a photo of the item tag as well. Wherever possible, we will offer a replacement for the item.


The models manufactured by Capdell have a warranty of FIVE years from the date of invoice, provided that the customer makes suitable use of the product. This warranty covers the manufacturing and material defects, not including the damages caused by incorrect use, negligence, breakage in transport or the usual ageing and wear of the materials.

The warranty does not cover elements that are owned by the customer, such as leathers, fabrics or other materials.

This warranty is included in the provisions of Law 23/2003 of 10 July.

Also, CAPDELL’s objective is for the quality and environmental impact of the products and services that it offers to be a true reflection of the expectations and demands of each customer in order to achieve sustained short-term and long-term success of the company.
