Up to Dubai, to Cassette restaurant, have traveled our Col chairs. They are part of an interior design Project by H2R Design, that has been selected as a finalist by the CIP Awards 2019, in the “Interior Design of the year – food and beverage” category. Col is a design by Francesc Rifé that combines sinuous lines to reinterpret the typical school chair of the 80s and 90s. The steel tube curved in red tone it is complemented with the tones of the upholstery that brings comfort to this gastronomic space. Its oak laminated seat and back reveals the love and dedication that we give to details in Capdell.
The restaurant’s design aims to encourage guests to explore and engage with the space. It has been integrated into the existing location which includes lush greenery and water fountains across the walkway, built out of materials found over the last 25 years. The designers wanted to maintain respect for the original identity of the space maintaining the structure intact. The columns and exposed ceiling are in their original state.
